1. You can buy the Gift Card in our online shop www.taurusjewels.com or in our showroom at Etmonų str. 4, Vilnius, Lithuania.
2. The Gift Card can only be paid for in the Taurus Jewellery showroom at Etmonų str. 4, Vilnius.
3. The Gift Card must be kept.
4. Both types of Gift Cards — physical and electronic purchased in Lithuania are subject to the same rules.
5. The Gift Card confirms the holder’s right to use the amount stated therein.
6. If the desired purchase amount exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the difference can be paid in cash, by credit card or by bank transfer.
7. If the holder of a Gift Card purchases jewellery/services for less than the amount stated on the Gift Card, the remaining amount shall not be refunded to the holder.
8. Gift Card are not redeemable for cash.
9. VAT invoices are not issued when buying a Gift Voucher.
10. Gift Card are non-renewable.
11. The Gift Card is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of issue.
12. By purchasing a Gift Card, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees with the rules for the purchase and use of the Gift Card, which are provided.
