We receive all your personal data directly from you. You provide personal data when you place an order, when you submit an enquiry, request or complaint, and in other ways.

In the case of a gift card, we also collect the following data: the name, surname and contact details of the person whom the gift card is for and the greeting for the person whom the gift card is for.

Name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, home address, date of birth, and other information presented in the content of the request, complaint, enquiry or feedback: the event in question and the circumstances related thereto, and the attached documents and/or data.
In the case of a return request, you are asked to provide your name, surname, telephone number or e-mail address, and address, as well as the reason for the return.

WHAT ARE THE PROCESSING AND RETENTION PERIODS FOR YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Administration and purchase data management in administering and fulfilling orders and returning goods: personal data required for accounting and tax documents are kept on the basis of compliance with a legal obligation in accordance with the terms provided for in legislation. Other purchase data are stored for five years from the date of the purchase transaction.
Order placement and fulfilment without registering an account: tax documents are kept on the basis of compliance with a legal obligation in accordance with the terms provided for in legislation.
Managing and responding to requests, complaints, enquiries and feedback: 12 months from the date of submission of the request, complaint, enquiry or feedback.

TO WHAT THIRD PARTIES AND IN WHICH CASES DO WE TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

– Companies providing delivery services in order to deliver the goods to you at the addresses you specify;

– Marketing companies;

– Law enforcement authorities in accordance with the procedure established by legislation of the Republic of Lithuania;
– State institutions and courts, where such an obligation is provided for by applicable legislation.
WHAT ARE DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS, AND HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE THEM?
You have the right to obtain access to your personal data and how they are processed, to demand that the personal data submitted be rectified, supplemented or destroyed, and to stop the processing of them (withdraw your consent). You also have the right to request that the data controller limit the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, the right to submit a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (contact details are provided online at www.ada.lt), and the right not to agree to the processing of the personal data submitted.
